Fred Taylor Arrested!
From the Miami Herald:
Veteran Jacksonville Jaguars running back Fred Taylor was arrested outside of a Miami Beach nightclub early Sunday morning and charged with disorderly conduct.
Taylor was not taken to jail, according to Detective Juan Sanchez, a spokesman for the Miami Beach Police Department.
He was instead released outside of Club Cristal on Fifth Street on his own recognizance with a promise to appear in court.
WTF Freddy! This is so out of your character!
First of all, what are you doing outside a nightclub in the early AM when you have a wife and kids? Second of all, why are you getting in trouble when this could be a Superbowl year for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
I know you weren’t taken to jail, and probably won’t get convicted of anything… but still, this is crazy! Even if the charges are dropped, Fred could still face a suspension from the team or the league. What a terrible lapse of judgement.
Shame on you Freddy. So what if someone was trying to start a fight with you. Be the better man and walk away.
